TavCar Car Rental strives to be San Diego’s lowest cost provider of rental cars while, at the same time, providing each and every guest the highest customer service possible. Our staff, many of whom have over 10 years of experience in the local car rental market, have either been born, or have lived most of their lives in sunny San Diego. Additionally, since we are located a mere five minutes from San Diego’s International Airport, picking up your vehicle is very easy and convenient.

Once you arrive at San Diego's Lindberg International Airport, you are picked up promptly by one of our personalized valet-shuttles. We like to believe that this is what separates us from what we call the “herd process” of customer service found at most of our competitors. Don’t get us wrong, we have a tremendous respect for all of our friends in the San Diego car rental market. We just feel that a city bus sized-shuttle transporting our customers to our office is not the way to start a lasting relationship.
